Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A REGENERAçãO ELETRODIALìTICA DE UM BANHO DE PRECIPITAçãO METáLICA, SEM CORRENTE"<D>. São descritos um processo e um dispositivo para regeneração eletrodialítica de um banho de precipitação metálica, sem corrente, que contém íons de hipofosfito, preferivelmente, de um banho de precipitação de níquel. Em relação a processos e dispositivos conhecidos, nos quais o líquido de banho é conduzido por compartimentos de produto de diluição Di1a em um primeiro dispositivo de eletrodiálise E1 contendo catodos Ka e anodos An, compartimentos estes que estão separados dos compartimentos de produto de concentração Ko1a, Ko1b no dispositivo de eletrodiálise, no lado do catodo, por membranas de troca de cátions monosseletivas KS e, no lado do anodo, por membranas de troca de ânions A, sendo que os compartimentos de produto de diluição Di1a e os compartimentos de produto de concentração Ko1a, Ko1b estão dispostos alternadamente um ao outro, o processo e o dispositivo de acordo com a invenção diferenciam-se pelo fato de que o líquido de banho é conduzido simultaneamente por compartimentos de produto de diluição Di2a, Di2b em um segundo dispositivo de eletrodiálise E2, que apresenta um catodo Ka e anodos An, que estão separados dos compartimentos de produto de concentração Ko2a no segundo dispositivo de eletrodiálise E2, no lado do catodo, por membranas de troca de ânions monosseletivas AS e, no lado do anodo, por membranas de troca de ânions A, sendo que os compartimentos de produto de diluição Di2a, Di2b e os compartimentos de produto de concentração Ko2a no segundo dispositivo de eletrodiálise E2 estão dispostos alternadamente um ao outro.
