Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPRIMIDOS COM PELìCULA DE CICLOFOSFAMIDA". A invenção refere-se a comprimidos com invólucro com ciclofosfamida como substância ativa, que no núcleo contém ciciofosfamida, uma ou várias substâncias de enchimento, um ou mais agentes de adesão secos, no entanto, nenhum amido pré-intumescido, agentes de regulagem de escoamento e lubrificantes. De acordo com uma forma de execução da invenção o núcleo do comprimido de invólucro contém como substância de enchimento monohidrato de lactose, D-manitol ou CaHPO~ 4~, amido de milho não pré-intumescido ou celulose microfina como agente de adesão seco, como agente de regulagem de escoamento dióxido de silício altamente disperso e como lubrificante estearato de magnésio, ácido esteárico, glicerinopalmito-estearato, polietilenoglicol, talco ou monobehenato de glicerina.
