Abstract

PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA DOBRADURA DE UM AIRBAG Processo para dobradura de um airbag (2) para um módulo de airbag que envolve o estiramento do airbag para fora na direção de um eixo de estiramento (11), iniciando a partir de uma abertura de entrada de gás (6) do airbag. O airbag no estado de estiramento, ou durante a operação de estiramento, é empurrado para dentro de uma luva guia (18) na direção do eixo de estiramento. O airbag é então empurrado conjuntamente e, no processo, dobrado, na luva guia na sua direção longitudinal, na direção do eixo de estiramento. Um aparelho para dobradura de um airbag para um módulo de airbag tem um aríete de estiramento (10) que, para o propósito de estiramento para fora do airbag, pode ser empurrado para dentro do airbag na direção de um eixo de estiramento por meio de uma abertura de entrada de gás que tem uma luva guia.
