Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un reactor para reducir los óxidos de nitrógeno y óxidos de azufre en gases de combustión, que comprende una cámara de post-combustión, caracterizado porque el reactor tiene una envolvente con una camisa generalmente cilíndrica sustancialmente vertical, que tiene un extremo de entrada conectado a la cámara de combustión y un extremo de salida opuesto, que tiene forma generalmente de domo y que tiene un aabertura de salida central, teniendo además dicha envolvente una división provista d eun pasaje y que divide el interior de la envolvente en una cámara de entrada y una cámara de salida, la porción central de división está diseñada como una camisa cónica cuyo lado exterior está miranda hacia la cámara de salida y cuyo lado interior está miranda hacia la cámara de entrada; el pasaje de la división tiene la forma de una separación entre la división y la camisa cilíndrica, o tiene la forma de cuando menos dos depresiones de borde distribuidas alrededor de la periferia de la división, comprendiendo además el reactor una pared termicamente aislada que encierra la envolvente y separada de ella y una toma de aire secundario que se abre hacia el espacio de la pared termicamente aislada y la envolvente, a una distancia desde la abertura de salida central de la cámara de salida, o hacia la cámara de entrada de la envolvente; y el espacio entre la envolvente y la pared termicamente aislada está conectado en el área del extremo de entrada de la envolvente a un tubo de salida, y la conexión entre la cámara de combustión y la cámara de entrada que se ahusa cónicamente, que se proyecta dentro de la cámra de entrada, definiéndose una separación anular entre el embudo de entrada y el extremo de entrada de la envolvente para separar las partículas de ceniza.
