Abstract
"método de diagnóstico ou prognóstico de principais patógenos bacterianos respiratórios em um indivíduo". um método de diagnóstico e/ou prognóstico de infecções bacterianas respiratórias em um indivíduo compreendendo as etapas de (a) realizar in vitro uma medição do nível de um ou mais marcadores na forma de (i) receptor de ativador de plasminogênio de uroquinase (upar), (ii) receptor de ativador de plasminogênio de uroquinase solúvel (supar), e/ou (iii) um ou mais produtos de degradação de (i) ou (ii), em uma amostra de fluido biológico oriundo de um indivíduo, e (b) usar o valor de medição obtido para avaliar o estado do indivíduo. especialmente infecções por streptococcus pneumoniae e mycobacterium tuberculosis podem ser diagnosticadas e/ou prognosticadas.
