Abstract

"SEDE DE VáLVULA DE LIGA SINTERIZADA E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma sede de válvula, ajustada sob pressão em um cabeçote do cilindro de um motor de combustão interna, contendo uma liga sinterizada com base em ferro, inclui uma seção da sede de válvula e uma seção da sede de cabeçote. A seção da sede de válvula e a seção da sede de cabeçote são monoliticamente formadas por um processo de sinterização e formam uma estrutura de camada dupla. A seção da sede de válvula inclui um primeiro membro de liga sinterizada com base em ferro que tem uma porosidade de 10 a 25 por cento em volume e uma densidade sinterizada de 6,1 a 7,1 g/cm^ 3^ e contém partículas duras dispersas em uma matriz. A seção da sede de cabeçote inclui um segundo membro de liga sinterizada com base em ferro que tem uma porosidade de 10 a 20 por cento em volume e uma densidade sinterizada de 6,4 a 7,1 g/cm^ 3^.
