Abstract

"PORCA DE PLáSTICO PARA MONTAR EM UM COMPONENTE TENDO UMA PENETRAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma porca de plástico para montar em um componente tendo uma penetração, a dita porca de plástico sendo inserível na penetração com uma peça de porca tendo um orifício de recepção para um parafuso e sendo provido com um flange para contato com uma lateral do componente e com ganchos de agarrar para contato com a outra lateral do componente, os ditos ganchos de agarrar segurando a porca de plástico ao componente, em que, quando na posição relaxada, os ditos ganchos de agarrar por um lado se ajustam na sua extensão radial para a dimensão interna da penetração e por outro lado revestem o orifício de recepção e espalhado quando o parafuso é inserido e se posicionam em oposição ao componente. Dispostas próximo aos ganchos de agarrar estão paredes se estendendo na direção espalhada, as ditas paredes se estendendo do flange para a peça de porca e tendo reduções da sua espessura de parede - tais reduções de espessura se estendendo na sua região central e na direção espalhada - de modo que, quando o parafuso é apertado, através de flexão das paredes nas reduções de espessura o flange e os ganchos de agarrar contatam o componente em ambas as laterais.
