Abstract

"LIGA DE ALUMìNIO FUNDIDO, CAMADA BASE FEITA A PARTIR DE UMA LIGA DE ALUMìNIO PARA UM ELEMENTO DE MANCAL E ELEMENTO DE MANCAL". A invenção refere-se a uma liga de alumínio fundido com uma matriz de alumínio, na qual pelo menos uma fase macia e partículas duras estão incorporadas, a fase macia sendo pelo menos um elemento de um primeiro grupo de elementos que consiste em estanho, antimónio, índio e bismuto e as partículas duras sendo escândio e/ou zircónio e pelo menos um elemento de um segundo grupo de elementos que consiste em cobre, manganês, cobalto, cromo, zinco, magnésio, silício e ferro, ou fases intermetálicas de escândio, zircónio com alumínio ou alumínio com os elementos do segundo grupo de elementos. O(s) elemento (s) do primeiro grupo de elementos está (ão) presente (s) em uma quantidade de um total de 4,5% em peso máximo, o (s) elemento (s) do segundo grupo de elementos está (ão) presente (s) em uma quantidade de um total de 8, 5% em peso máximo e o escândio e/ou zircónio está (ão) presente (s) em uma quantidade de um total de 0,8% em peso máximo.
