Abstract

"COMPRESSOR DO TIPO A êMBOLO". A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor do tipo a êmbolo, que compreende um alojamento incluindo uma cabeça de cilindro que define uma câmara de descarga e uma câmara de esfriamento. A câmara de esfriamento localizada adjacente à câmara de descarga circunda a câmara de descarga. O alojamento também define uma câmara de aspiração, uma câmara de compressão e uma câmara de manivela. A câmara de esfriamento é isolada da câmara de aspiração. O gás é introduzido do exterior do alojamento para a câmara de aspiração. Um eixo rotativo é suportado de modo giratório no alojamento. O came é acomodado na câmara de manivela. Um êmbolo é operativamente acoplado no eixo rotativo através do came. A rotação do eixo rotativo é convertida para alternação do êmbolo. Um elemento de vedação interrompe a comunicação entre a câmara de esfriamento e a atmosfera fora do compressor para vedar o interior da cabeça de cilindro. Uma passagem de introdução interliga a câmara de esfriamento e a câmara de manivela.
