Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA MEDIR BALANCEAMENTO DE PNEU EM MáQUINA DE VARIAçãO DE FORçA". Método e aparelho para propiciar medida automatizada de ambos o balanceamento e a variação de força em uma única máquina. A modalidade preferida modifica uma máquina de variação de força de produção, para proporcionar um alojamento do eixo mecânico de topo com mancais mecanicamente silenciosos entre o alojamento e um eixo mecânico de topo rotativo; monta sensores de medida de balanceamento no alojamento do eixo mecânico de topo; proporciona um motor de acionamento rotacional de velocidade variável com uma embreagem no eixo mecânico de topo; e proporciona um acoplamento de ar rotativo mecanicamente silenciosos voltado para uma linha de ar com um flange de fundo rotativo. Após carga do pneu, o flange de fundo rotativo é desconectado de um eixo mecânico de fundo. Para as medidas de balanceamento, uma roda de carga é desacoplada do pneu, a rotação do pneu é acelerada a uma alta velocidade, e a embreagem desconecta o motor que pode, se desejado, ser desligado para as medidas de balanceamento. O motor é reconectado para desacelerar a rotação do pneu. Um controlador é reconfigurado para controlar a máquina modificada e calcular o balanceamento do pneu.
