Abstract

"ESTRUTURA MULTICAMADA à BASE DE POLIAMIDAS E DE COPOLìMEROS ENXERTADOS COM BLOCOS POLIAMIDAS". A presente invenção se refere a uma estrutura multicamada à base de poliamidas e copolímeros enxertados com blocos poliamidas, compreendendo nessa ordem: a) uma primeira camada (1) formada de uma poliamida (A) ou bem de uma mistura de poliamida (A) e de poliolefina (B) com matriz poliamida; b) eventualmente uma camada (2a) de ligante; c) uma camada (2) à base de um copolímero enxertado com blocos poliamidas constituído de um tronco em poliolefina e de pelo menos um enxerto em poliamida, no qual: os enxertos são ligados ao tronco pelos restos de um monómero insaturado (X) que tem uma função capaz de reagir com uma poliamida que tem uma extremidade amina; os restos do monómero insaturado (X) são fixados sobre o tronco por enxerto ou copolimerização, a partir de sua dupla ligação; as camadas (1), (2a) e (2) sendo sucessivas e aderindo entre elas em sua zona de contato respetiva. Segundo uma variante, a estrutura compreende uma camada (3) em poliamida ou em poliolefina, essa camada sendo disposta do lado da camada (2) e uma camada eventual de ligante (3a) sendo disposto entre a camada (2) e a camada (3). Essas estruturas são úteis para fabricar reservatórios, recipientes, garrafas, películas multicamadas e tubulações. Uma utilização particularmente útil se refere às tubulações para os circuitos de resfriamento dos motores à combustão interna, tais como os motores dos automóveis ou caminhões. Segundo uma outra forma, a invenção se refere também aos objetos monocamadas, tais como reservatórios, recipientes, garrafas, películas e tubulações constituídas do material da camada (2) precedente.
