Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE CONJUNTO DE ALOJAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de eixo inclui um alojamento superior e inferior, unidos para formação de uma câmara para um conjunto de engrenagem diferencial. Os alojamentos superior e inferior são fabricados por um método incluindo as etapas de formação do alojamento superior a partir de uma primeira folha de material e formação do alojamento inferior a partir de uma segunda folha de material. O alojamento superior inclui uma abertura para o conjunto de engrenagem diferencial e o alojamento inferior inclui uma porção cóncava, disposta em oposição à abertura. Os alojamentos superior e inferior são unidos por uma solda para formação do alojamento de eixo. O alojamento inferior inclui uma porção de perna que forma uma estrutura unificada única com a porção cóncava para aumento da rigidez estrutural e simplificação do conjunto.
