Abstract

"FECHO CORREDIçO COM BATENTE DE EXTREMIDADE INFERIOR SEPARáVEL". A presente invenção está relacionada a um fecho corrediço com um batente de extremidade inferior separável que dispersa uma força externa aplicada a uma parte de reforço quando da operação de abertura/fechamento de maneira a reduzir uma carga aplicada impedindo assim que uma parte de reforço apresentando flexibilidade seja danificada. Partes de reforço (10) são formadas numa metade inferior de um pino de caixa (8) e de um pino de inserto (9) de um batente de extremidade inferior separável (5) com resina sintética de maneira simétrica tanto na superfície frontal quanto na superfície traseira de uma fita de fecho (3) de maneira tal que as partes de reforço ficam estendidas na fita de fecho (3). Cada uma das partes de reforço (10) é constituída por uma parte interna (11) adjacente ao pino de caixa (8) ou ao pino de inserto (9) e uma parte externa (12) conectada à parte de reforço. Na parte interna (11), um conjunto de nervuras (13a) fica disposto de maneira oblíqua e uma parte cóncava é moldada entre as nervuras (13a) de maneira a conferir flexibilidade. A parte externa (12) é formada por nervuras espessas (13b) de maneira tal fica conectada à parte interna (11). Conseq³entemente, uma força externa aplicada à parte de reforço é espalhada pelas nervuras oblíquas (13a) na parte interna delgada (11), reduzindo assim a carga aplicada.
