Abstract
"QUEIJO CORTADO EM PEDAçOS ESTáVEL EM PRATELEIRA E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção apresenta queijos cortados em pedaços estáveis em prateleira e métodos de preparação de tais queijos cortados em pedaços estáveis em prateleira utilizando-se uma combinação de um queijo natural ou processado, um pó de queijo, glicerina, e uma carga. Os queijos cortados em pedaços desta invenção são estáveis em prateleira nas temperaturas ambientes, têm boas propriedades organolépticas, e apresentam uma boa restrição à fusão e essencialmente nenhuma cor marrom quando fundidos. Os queijos cortados em pedaços desta invenção são adaptados especialmente para serem incorporados em, ou utilizados em, ou com refeições leves (por exemplo, com batatas fritas) para vendas a varejo, podem ser estocados nas temperaturas ambientes.
