Abstract

"OBJETO DE AçO DE TRABALHO A FRIO". A invenção refere-se a um objeto de aço de trabalho a frio. Para aperfeiçoar as propriedades mecânicas, especialmente para aumentar a estabilidade e ductilidade do material, é previsto de acordo com a invenção, que o objeto de aço de trabalho a frio apresente essencialmente uma composição química do material em % em peso: carbono (C) mais do que 0,6 e menos do que 1,0 silício (Si) mais do que 0,3 e menos do que 0,85 manganês (Mn) mais do que 0,2 e menos do que 1,5 cromo (Cr) mais do que 4,0 e menos do que 6,2 molibdênio (Mo) mais do que 1,9 e menos do que 3,8 vanádio (V) mais do que 1,0 e menos do que 2,9 wolfrâmio (W) mais do que 1,8 e menos do que 3,4 cobalto (Co) mais do que 3,8 e menos do que 5,8 ferro (Fe) bem como elementos de acompanhamento e de contaminação condicionados pelo derretimento, como resto, sendo que o material é preparado por um processo metalúrgico em pó e após um refinamento térmico para uma dureza de 64 HRC possui um trabalho de flexão por choque à temperatura ambiente superior a 40,0 Joule (J).
