Abstract
"APARELHO DE DETECçãO DE POSIçãO DE MUDANçA PARA UM MECANISMO DE VELOCIDADE VARIáVEL". A presente invenção tem como objetivo miniaturizar e tornar compacto um aparelho de detecção de posição de mudança para um mecanismo de velocidade variável no qual um eixo de mudança é movido em uma direção axial para efetuar uma operação de mudança de velocidade. Um mecanismo de velocidade variável (70) inclui uma manga de embreagem (16) disposta para deslocamento em uma direção axial em um eixo de transmissão auxiliar (15), um eixo de mudança (72) disposto de modo a se estender em paralelo ao eixo de transmissão auxiliar e um garfo de mudança (75) acoplado com e afixado ao eixo de mudança e tendo uma extremidade engatada com a manga de embreagem. Em resposta a uma operação de mudança, a manga de embreagem (16) é movida na direção axial através do garfo de mudança (75) para selecionar uma posição de mudança. Um aparelho de detecção de posição de mudança inclui partes de detecção de mudança para F, R e N (76a,76b e 72b) previstas sobre uma parte cilíndrica (76) do garfo de mudança, e sensores de posição F, R e N (181, 182 e 183) individualmente dispostos em uma relação oposta com as partes de detecção de mudança. A parte de detecção de mudança para F (76a) e a parte de detecção de mudança para R (76b) são dispostas em posições espaçadas por aproximadamente 60 graus em uma direção circunferente sobre uma superfície circunferente externa da parte cilíndrica substancialmente no mesmo plano perpendicular ao eixo geométrico da parte cilíndrica.
