Abstract

COMPOSIçãO POLIMéRICA, VULCANIZADO ESPUMADO SIMILAR A BORRACHA MICROPOROSO E SOLADO DE CALçADO ESPUMADO SIMILAR A BORRACHA MICROPOROSO. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição polimérica compreendendo: (A) pelo menos um copolímero em bloco de estireno selecionado do grupo consistindo de copolímero em bloco de (estireno-isopreno-estireno), copolímero em bloco de (estireno-butadieno-estireno), copolímero em bloco de (estireno-etileno-butileno-estireno), copolímero em bloco de (estireno-etileno-propileno-estireno) e misturas dos mesmos; (B) pelo menos um material semelhante a borracha contendo duplas ligações selecionado do grupo consistindo de copolímero de estireno-butadieno com alto teor em estireno, copolímero de estireno-butadieno com médio teor em estireno, borracha de polibutadieno, borracha de poliisopreno, borracha natural e misturas dos mesmos; (C) um polímero aperfeiçoador de maciez selecionado de copolímero de etileno-propileno, terpolímero de etileno-propileno-dieno e misturas dos mesmos; e (D) opcionalmente, cargas e substâncias auxiliares de borracha, em que os componentes (A), (B) e (C) estão em uma proporção tal que a razão (A):(B) varia de 1:30 a 3:1, e a razão (A):(C) varia de 1:15 a 15:1. Outras concretizações da invenção incluem um vulcanizado espumado semelhante a borracha microporoso, e um solado de calçado espumado semelhante a borracha microporoso fabricado a partir de dita composição polimérica.
