Abstract

"CALçO PARA MOLDE DE BLOCO DE ESPUMA". Divulga-se um calço para molde, que é colocado entre a superfícies de um molde de formação ou imã de molde e a fita de fecho a ser embutida por moldagem em um objeto de espuma. O calço para molde compensa a variabilidade da superfície do molde e proporciona uma superfície mais uniforme contra a qual é possível que a fita de fecho fique vedada - evitando, assim, a obstrução dos elementos de fechamento da fita, durante o processo de moldagem. Concretizações alternativas da invenção não são utilizadas com uma fita de fecho, mas sim com elementos de engate na sua superfície afastada do molde para engatar ganchos ou arames que, desta maneira, são embutidos no objeto de espuma durante o processo de moldagem.
