"DISPOSITIVO PARA A INSERçãO AUTOMáTICA DE PRODUTOS EM ENVELOPES". Dispositivo (11) para a inserção automática de produtos impressos ou folhas (13) em envelopes individuais (13), onde os produtos impressos ou folhas individuais (12) são alimentados por um ou mais elementos alimentadores e os envelopes (1 3) são dispostos empilhados em um recipiente de armazenamento (16) equipado com pelo menos um elemento preensor (17, 18, 19) para alimentar um envelope individual (13) entre uma primeira correia transportadora superior (20) e uma primeira correia transportadora inferior (21) dispostas em relação mutuamente confrontante para definir um grupo alimentador do envelope (13) no sentido de uma inserção de produtos no interior da zona de envelopes, também sendo prevista uma segunda correia transportadora superior (15) e uma segunda correia transportadora inferior (14) mutuamente confrontantes para avançar os produtos impressos ou folhas (12) consecutivamente, uma tubeira (22) sendo associada com as primeiras correias transportadoras (20, 21) para abrir e revirar para trás uma aba (24) do envelope (13) extraído do recipiente de armazenamento (16), a segunda correia transportadora (14) apresentando uma extremidade (37) suscetível de avanço e recuo com respeito a uma correia transportadora submetida à ação de sucção (35) alinhada a jusante da correia transportadora (14) para definir uma abertura (38) de dimensão variável, na abertura (38) sendo previsto um elemento preensor (39) da aba (24) e em uma parte inicial da correia transportadora submetida à ação de sucção (35) sendo previsto um elemento preensor (40) da boca do envelope (13) imobilizado sobre a correia transportadora submetida à ação de sucção (35) e elementos introdutores (45) que podem ser inseridos sobre a aba (24) e no interior da boca do envelope.
