"ARGOLA ABRIDORA PARA ABRIR E FECHAR LATAS E OUTROS RECIPIENTES". Argola (1) para abrir e fechar latas e outros recipientes, que compreende um elemento de tira ou de banda (5) como parte integrante da tampa (3) delimitada por uma linha de fratura externa principal (6) e uma linha interna secundária (7), circunferencialmente, com pelo menos uma área aumentada de rebitagem (12) que circunda uma ling³eta (8) na dita tampa da lata ou outro recipiente, de uma extremidade do eixo (9), da base até a ponta da outra extremidade, com pelo menos um rebite (10) que conecta a argola abridora (2) a seu lado de projeção (11), utilizado como alavanca para agir sobre um ponto reforçado (14) da tampa (3) quando do arrancamento manual do elemento de tira ou banda (5) com a parte da tampa (3) que contém o elemento de tira ou banda (5).
