Abstract

"MOLDE E PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM DE CORREIA DE BANDA DE RODAGEM ANULAR". Um molde anular segmentado para formação de uma correia de banda de rodagem tendo uma estrutura de correia de reforço, a estrutura de correia tendo uma espessura radial (t), é descrito. O molde tem uma pluralidade de segmentos internos expansíveis para fora e móveis radialmente, para formação da superfície interna da correia da banda de rodagem, e uma pluralidade de segmentos externos que se contraem e móveis radialmente, para formação da superfície da correia da banda de rodagem externa. Os segmentos radialmente internos e radialmente externos formam uma linha divisória do molde, em um local radialmente para dentro de um ponto intermediário da estrutura de reforço de correia da correia da banda de rodagem, em uma localização superior a 50% (t), medida da superficie radialmente mais interna da estrutura de reforço de correia. Os segmentos radialmente internos têm porções formadoras de bordas laterais superiores e inferiores se estendendo para fora para a linha divisória. Similarmente, os segmentos do molde radialmente externos têm porções formadoras de bordas laterais inferiores e superiores se estendendo para dentro para a linha divisória. A linha divisória é localizada pelo menos radialmente para fora de uma segunda camada de correia radialmente interna da estrutura de reforço de correia.
