Abstract
"CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA A VáCUO COM DIFUSãO DO AR". A presente invenção refere-se a uma correia transportadora a vácuo com difusão do ar, que inclui uma primeira camada perfurada e uma segunda camada não perfurada, que é fornecida para transportar substratos que carregam imagem sem defeitos de imagem induzidos por correia a vácuo. A primeira camada perfurada inclui uma superfície superior e uma superfície inferior, áreas sólidas e áreas de furos perfurados intercalados nas áreas sólidas para direcionar o fluxo de ar pressurizado desde a superfície superior através da superfície inferior. A correia transportadora a vácuo com difusão do ar também inclui uma segunda camada não perfurada formada sobre a superfície superior da primeira camada perfurada, e que cobre as áreas sólidas e áreas de furos perfurados. A segunda camada não perfurada tem uma superfície interna posicionada sobre a superfície superior da primeira camada perfurada e uma superfície externa para suportar substratos de maneira uniforme.
