Abstract

"MISTURAS DE BORRACHA". A presente invenção refere-se a misturas de borracha contendo (A) uma borracha ou mistura de borracha, (C) um enchedor, (C) um organossilano da fórmula geral I (D) um acelerador thiuram e (E) um co-ativador contendo nitrogênio, a razão de peso do acelerador thiuram (D) para o co-ativador contendo nitrogênio (E) sendo igual a ou maior que 1. As misturas de borracha são preparadas misturando-se a borracha ou a mistura de borracha (A), o enchedor (B), o organossilano da fórmula geral I (C), o acelerador thiuram (D) e o co-ativador contendo nitrogênio (E) em uma unidade de misturação. As misturas de borracha podem ser usadas em pneumáticos, bandas de rodagem de pneus, bainhas de cabos, mangueiras, correias de transmissão, correias de transporte, coberturas de cilindros, pneus, solas de sapatos, gaxetas e elementos selantes.
