Abstract

"TECIDO NãO-TECIDO, PROCESSO PARA A OBTENçãO DE UM TECIDO NãO-TECIDO, E PRODUTO ABSORVENTE". Descreve-se um tecido não-tecido (1) fabricado pelo método card and bind, produzido com uma pluralidade de fibras de rayon quimicamente consolidadas por meio de um binder cuja temperatura de transição é controlada e mantida na faixa de 0<198>C a -8<198>C. O tecido não-tecido (1) resultante apresenta espessura, maciez e capacidade de absorção de líquidos e limpeza muito superiores àquelas apresentadas pelos atuais tecidos não-tecidos formados por card and bind, devido ao aumento do percentual de fibras e redução do percentual de binder no produto final. Descreve-se ainda um processo para a obtenção do tecido não-tecido (1) e um produto absorvente com ele equipado.
