Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE PRODUçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de produção para execução de um processo de moldagem por sopro, carregamento, e vedação para contâiners plásticos que tem pelo menos um primeiro tipo de dispositivo de moldagem (10) dentro do qual pelo menos um tubo de material plástico plastificado pode ser introduzido. Em que o respectivo dispositivo de moldagem (10) do primeiro tipo pode ser articulado a estações espacialmente individualmente separadas (22, 24, 26) ao redor de um eixo geométrico (20), e em que pelo menos uma estação (24) executa a função de moldagem por sopro do contâiner e outra estação (26) aquela de carregar e vedar o contâiner assim moldado por sopro, é possível pelo menos simultaneamente moldar por sopro um tubo de material plástico plastificado para a produção do contâiner plástico e carregar um contâiner correspondente produzido deste modo na outra estação com o meio, especificamente um na forma de um fluido, e vedá-lo. Os tempos de ciclo podem conseq³entemente ser reduzidos em comparação com tais tempos de ciclo de dispositivos de produção do estado da técnica e também as taxas de rendimento de contâiners carregados vedados sob condição estéril a serem produzidos podem ser significativamente aumentadas.
