Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO EXTRATIVA DE CONTAMINANTES DE CORRENTES BRUTAS DE HIDROCARBONETOS". é descrito um processo para a oxidação extrativa de contaminantes de correntes brutas (24) de hidrocarbonetos ricas em compostos polares heteroatómicos, o processo envolvendo a oxidação extrativa de compostos sulfurados e nitrogenados dessas correntes, dito processo compreendendo tratar ditas correntes com um par peróxido em solução (23) /ácido orgânico (22), o porcentual em peso da solução de peróxido e de ácido orgânico sendo de pelo menos 3 tanto para o peróxido como para o ácido orgânico, sob pH ácido, pressão atmosférica ou mais alta e pressão ambiente ou mais elevada. Como resultado da reação, os compostos heteroatómicos oxidados, tendo forte afinidade pela fase aquosa, são extraídos para a dita fase aquosa, enquanto o hidrocarboneto oxidado é neutralizado em (5), lavado com água em (6) e seco em (7), o produto final resultante sendo uma corrente tratada (29) da qual foram removidos 88,1 % em peso ou mais de compostos de nitrogênio total, nitrogênio básico até 99,1 % em peso, ambos calculados como teores mássicos; compostos de enxofre total foram removidos em até 23% em peso, enquanto a remoção de olefinas totais é limitada a 6,5% em peso. O produto tratado (29) é posteriormente dirigido para qualquer processo de refino.
