Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAçãO DE PRODUTOS QUìMICOS LìQUIDOS EM INSTALAçõES DE PRODUçãO QUìMICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a recuperação de produtos químicos líquidos, nos quais os produtos químicos líquidos residuais que permanecem nos dispositivos de manuseio respectivos em uma instalação de produção química podem ser recuperados de forma eficiente e segura sem vazamento para fora do sistema. No processo de recuperação de produtos químicos líquidos em uma instalação de produção química de acordo com a presente invenção, os produtos químicos são removidos dos dispositivos de manuseio através dos tubos de descarga inferiores (14), (15), (16), e (17), coletados diretamente pela gravidade em um tubo de coleta inclinado comum (13) localizado em uma posição inferior à dos tubos de descarga inferiores e conectado aos tubos de descarga inferiores, e então distribuídos por gravidade através do tubo de coleta inclinado (13) para um tanque de recuperação (1) localizado em uma posição inferior à do tubo de coleta inclinado e conectado a uma extremidade inferior do tubo de coleta inclinado.
