Abstract
"GAXETA DE VEDAçãO APERFEIçOADA COM BUJãO FLEXìVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de gaxeta de vedação inclui um ou mais condutores, cada um tendo uma porção deslocada de bujão flexível espaçada lateralmente para fora, para longe de uma porção de vedação interna deslocada, que é adjacente a uma abertura ou outra área requerendo vedação entre elementos correspondentes adaptados para serem presos um ao outro. Um calço opcional pode ser disposto adjacente e alinhado com o condutor. Um material de vedação resiliente é aplicado a pelo menos porções do condutor e/ou o calço, tal como por impressão em tela, por exemplo. O conjunto de gaxeta pode ser usado vantajosamente em aplicações de vedação, tais como aquelas para as cabeças de cilindro e blocos, tubulações de admissão ou de exaustão, encanamento ou outros dispositivos de transporte de fluido, alojamentos, envoltórios ou outras situações onde movimento relativo pode ocorrer entre os elementos a serem vedados um no outro.
