Abstract

"CORPOS SINTERIZADOS à BASE DE SUBóXIDO DE NIóBIO". A presente invenção refere-se a corpos sinterizados com uma alta resistência aos agentes químicos, contendo 30 a 100% em Mol de NbO~ x~, em que 0,5< x < 1,5 e 70 a 0 % em Mol de MgO e seu uso na produção de capacitores de eletrólito sólido, em particular de ânodos sinterizados feitos de subóxido de nióbio, na produção de subóxido de nióbio e no aparelho químico.
