Abstract

"CARTãO DE MEMóRIA SEMICONDUTOR E PROGRAMA PARA CONTROLAR O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um cartão de memória semicondutor que possui uma capacidade de armazenamento suficiente quando uma aplicação de comércio eletrónico (EC) grava dados junto a um armazenamento. Uma área de uso para a aplicação EC em uma EEPROM 3 em um módulo resistente à violação (TRM) 1 é expandida. A expansão é tal que uma partição gerada em uma memória flash 2 fora do TRM 1 é designada para a aplicação EC enquanto uma tabela de partições é alocada na EE-PROM interna 3. Devido ao fato da tabela de partições estar na TRM 1, somente uma CPU 7 no TRM 1 está apta a acessar a tabela de partições gerada. O segredo dos conteúdos armazenados aumenta porque o acesso à área expandida está limitado à CPU 7 no TRM 1.
