Abstract

The device has rotating curler (1) including nippers formed by blades. An enclosure supporting the blades is driven by a central shaft (7), where one blade (20) is movable. A cylindrical cam presents a groove that forms a guiding channel when the cam alternatively moves against adjacent blade. The movable blade receives support force of a compensating spring, when applied against the adjacent blade.
