Abstract

"ESTRUTURA LAMINADA PARA PROTEçãO CONTRA RADIAçãO SOLAR". Fornecimento de uma estrutura laminada para proteção contra radiação solar, tendo elevadas características de bloqueio de radiação solar, com baixos custos de manufatura. As partículas finas 11 funcionando para bloquear a radiação solar são obtidas calcinando-se ácido túngstico sob uma atmosfera redutiva, uma dispersão líquida para formar um material de bloqueio de radiação solar é preparado por tratamento por colisão e dispersão das partículas finas, um agente dispersante baseado em polímero e solvente e, assim, dispersão líquida preparada para formar um material de bloqueio de radiação solar é adicionado à resina de vinila, que é moldada em um formato de folha, para obter-se uma película intermediária 12. A película intermediária assim obtida 12 é intercalada entre duas folhas a serem laminadas, selecionadas de folha de vidro ou plástico, para obter-se uma camada intermediária 2, que são aquecidas e ligadas entre si para preparar uma estrutura laminada para proteção contra radiação solar.
