Abstract

"MASSAS DE AçAì". Patente de Invenção para uma fórmula feita de massa de açaí, está fórmula é a mistura de farinha de trigo, sal, açúcar mascavo, açaí e fermento biológico ou não, dependendo da massa. A massa de açaí tem sabor e cor diferenciado das demais massas, e será oferecida com diversos recheios doces e/ou salgados e com apresentação de diversas formas e tipos das já existentes tradicionalmente. A massa de açaí é rica em fibra, ferro, cálcio e outros nutrientes, podendo ser oferecidas em tamanhos diversos, pronta para comer ou pré-cozida em forma de pão, pizza, lasanha, macarrão, crepes etc, e embalada adequadamente a depender de cada tipo de produto e capacidade diversas para atender diferentes necessidades dos consumidores desse tipo de alimentação. Sua massa é muito leve, nutritiva e saborosa.
