Abstract

"ATUADOR PIEZO". A presente invenção refere-se a um atuador piezo, por exemplo para ativação de um componente mecânico, em que o atuador piezo é provido de uma estrutura multicamada de camadas piezo com eletrodos internos (2,3) dispostos perpendicularmente à direção ativa (6, 7) entre as camadas piezo, os quais são ativáveis com uma tensão elétrica para ativação do atuador piezo através de eletrodos externos. Em outras camadas piezo com eletrodos internos (8, 9), pode ser obtido através de outros eletrodos externos (10, 11; 21, 22, 23, 24) um sinal de sensor elétrico proporcional à ativação do atuador piezo (1). As camadas piezo para a parte de atuador e as camadas piezo para a ao menos uma parte de sensor estão de tal maneira integradas em um componente como atuador piezo (1) que distintas camadas de sensor piezo estão dispostas a distâncias ou disposições predetermináveis entre as camadas piezo para a parte de atuador.
