Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA NIVELAMENTO IN SITU DE METAL EM FOLHA PROGRESSIVAMENTE FORMADO". Uma prensa (10) de formação por estiramento para estampar metal (32) em folha continuamente alimentado inclui um aríete (14), um elemento (44) de base, e um mecanismo (20) de alimentação configurado para avançar uma tira de metal em folha através da prensa de formação por estiramento. Uma estação (58) de formação tem uma matriz (59) configurada para formar um padrão desejado na tira de metal em folha. Uma estação (86) de nivelamento tem um par de mordentes (88, 90) opostos recebidos de modo deslizável em recessos (92, 102) correspondentes da prensa de formação por estiramento, com os mordentes sendo orientados em um ângulo com relação a uma direção de deslocamento para a tira de metal em folha quando ela passa através da estação (86) de nivelamento.
