Abstract

"PROCESSOS DE OBTENçãO DE UMA FRAçãO C5 FINAL ENRIQUECIDA EM ISOPRENO E PURIFICADA A PARTIR DE UMA FRAçãO C5 INICIAL DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO SOBRE LEITO FLUIDO E DE OBTENçãO DE UM HOMOPOLìMERO DE ISOPRENO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de obtenção, a partir de uma fração C5 inicial 'FCC', de uma fração C5 final enriquecida em isopreno e purificada que é utilizável para a polimerização seletiva do isopreno, e um processo de obtenção de um homopolímero de isopreno a partir de um meio de polimerização compreendendo o isopreno e pelo menos um metil buteno, tal como a referida fração C5 'FCC' enriquecida em isopreno e purificada. O processo de obtenção, a partir da fração C5 inicial, da fração final compreende uma etapa de desidrogenação aplicada a uma fração C5 intermediária, compreendendo metil butenos e proveniente da fração inicial, e que produz a fração final, e uma purificação da fração final assim obtida para obter a fração final e purificada praticamente isenta de alcinos di-substituídos, de alcinos verdadeiros e de ciclopentadieno, e a fração em massa de metil butenos na fração intermediária é de < 30%. O processo de obtenção de um homopolímero de isopreno de acordo com a invenção compreende a reação, em presença de isopreno, e de pelo menos um metil buteno, a relação em massa (metil buteno (s) / isopreno) sendo de <242> 50%, de um sistema catalítico à base de um dieno conjugado, de um sal de terra rara de um ácido fosfórico orgânico em suspensão, de um agente de alquilação, a relação molar (agente de alquilação / sal) indo de 1 a 5, e de um doador de halogênio.
