Abstract

"DERIVADOS DE ARILALQUILCARBAMATOS, A RESPECTIVA PREPARAçãO E A RESPECTIVA APLICAçãO EM TERAPêUTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um composto correspondente à fórmula geral (I), na qual n representa um número inteiro que vai de 1 a 7; A é escolhido dentre um ou vários grupos X, Y, e/ou Z; X representa um grupo C~ 1-2~-alquileno eventualmente substituído por um ou vários grupos C~ 1-2~-alquila, C~ 3-7~-cicloalquila ou C~ 3-7~-cicloalquil-C~ 1-6~alquileno; Y representa seja um grupo C~ 2~-alcenileno eventualmente substituído por um ou vários grupos C~ 1-2~-alquila, C~ 3-7~-cicloalquila ou C~ 3-7~-cicloalquil-C~ 1-6~-alquileno; Z representa um grupo C~ 3-7~-cicloalquila, de fórmula, m representa um número inteiro que vai de 1 a 5 p e q representam números inteiros e são definidos tais que p+q seja um número que vai de 1 a 5; R, representa um átomo de hidrogênio, de halogênio ou um grupo hidróxi, ciano, nitro, C~ 1-4~-alquila, C~ 1-4~-alcóxi, C~ 1-4~-tioalquila, C~ 1-4~-fluoralquila, C~ 1-4~-fluoralcóxi, C~ 1-4~-fluortioalquila; R~ 2~ representa um átomo de hidrogênio, de bromo, de iodo ou de flúor, ou um grupo ciano, nitro, hidróxi, C~ 1-4~-alquila, C~ 1-4~-alcóxi, C~ 1-4~-tioalquila, C~ 1-4~-fluoralquila, C~ 1-4~-fluoralcóxi, C~ 1-4~-fluortioalquila; ou um grupo de tipo arila ou heteroarila, eventualmente substituído por um ou vários substituintes; R~ 3~ representa um grupo de fórmula geral CH R~ 4~CONH R~ 5~, na qual R~ 4~ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo C~ 1-3~-alquila, R~ 5~ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo C~ 1-3~-alquila, C~ 3-5~-cicloalquila, C~ 3-7~-cicloalquila-C~ 1-6~-alquileno; no estado de base, de sal de adição, de hidrato ou de solvato.
