Abstract

"SOPA DE MISTURA SECA, PRATO DE MASSA E MISTURA SECA". A presente invenção refere-se a misturas secas de sopas e pratos de massa que têm uma combinação de ingredientes que permite que o formulador continue a obter boas propriedades organolépticas enquanto ao mesmo tempo reduz o impacto calórico para os consumidores que desejam limitar a sua ingestão de calorias. As misturas de sopa e de massa incluem de preferência 250 ou menos calorias, em especial 245 ou menos calorias, com mais preferência 225, 220 ou menos calorias. De preferência, o produto inclui proteína aglomerada e é fortificado com vitaminas e sais minerais.
