Abstract

"KIT PARA PREPARAR SALADAS E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA SALADA". A presente invenção fornece um kit para preparar saladas que compreende pelo menos um kit para preparar saladas que compreende pelo menos um ingrediente cozido e pelo menos um produto à base de frutas, de vegetais ou de cereais, na qual o kit compreende uma composição culinária que compreende menos de 40% em peso de gordura e agentes aromatizantes em uma quantidade de 5 a 100% em peso, em relação ao peso da composição culinária, para cozinhar o ingrediente (I) e, um tempero que compreende 60% ou menos em peso de gordura para ser posto em contato com o referido pelo menos um produto à base de frutas, de vegetais ou de cereais. O kit fornece um método fácil e prático para preparar saladas saborosas e saudáveis que compreendem um ingrediente alimentício cozido. São fornecidos um método para preparar uma salada que utiliza o kit e também a salada preparada com esse kit.
