Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FICOERITRINA DE ALTA DENSIDADE óTICA E DISPOSITIVO PARA O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de ficoeritrina com elevada proporção de OD a partir de alga específica, sendo que a alga compreende: Galaxaura oblongata na forma de coluna rósea, Halymenia ceylanica, Heiminthocladia australis, Porphyra dentata e a combinação das mesmas. Visto que há gamogênese, agamogênese e fases de propagação vegetativa durante o ciclo de vida de algumas algas específicas e não há gel formado durante suas fases de filamento carpoesporo, a fase de filamento pode ser prolongada pelo controle da intensidade de luz, temperatura e condição nutricional, e, em seguida, ficoeritrina com elevada proporção de OD foi extraída a partir das mesmas. Também é descrito neste pedido de patente o dispositivo utilizado no processo.
