Abstract
"CIRCUITO DE COMANDO DE UM MOTOR ELéTRICO DE CORRENTE CONTìNUA, E, SISTEMA DE ENXUGAMENTO PARA VIDRAçAS DE VEìCULOS". A presente invenção se refere a um circuito de comando de um motor elétrico de corrente contínua. Ela também se refere a sua aplicação a um sistema de enxugamento para vidraças de veículo. Um transistor MOS FET com seu diodo anti-paralelo (M3) é montado em série no circuito de freagem (M2) do circuito de comando.
