Abstract
"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA MINIMIZAçãO DA PATINAçãO EM UMA EMBREAGEM DE TAMBOR". A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho e a um método para minimizar a patinação na embreagem de tambor (7) de numa unidade para a manutenção de poços (20). Um detector (10) capta o movimento do motor ou conjugado (1) quando a embreagem é engrenada inicialmente. Caso o momento esteja acima de um nível aceitável, um alarme dispara, alertando o operador para proceder de forma mais suave com a embreagem. Um mecanismo de monitoração é revelado, de tal maneira que o supervisor da sonda, ou uma pessoa ligada à segurança, possa criticar o operador no que diz respeito à operação suave da sonda. O aparelho em conformidade com a presente invenção compreende, ainda, meios para detectar a pressão (12), para detectar a pressão pneumática da embreagem, e um detector de movimento do tambor (8). Quando a velocidade do motor está acima de um valor predeterminado, um circuito lógico impede que a embreagem seja engatada.
