Abstract
"PROCESSADOR DE COMBUSTìVEL E MéTODO PARA A REFORMA A VAPOR DE UM COMBUSTìVEL DE HIDROCARBONETOS CONTENDO ENXOFRE, E, APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A GERAçãO DE ELETRICIDADE". Método e aparelho para a reforma a vapor de um combustível de hidrocarbonetos contendo enxofre, como um combustível de hidrocarbonetos de diesel. O aparelho inclui uma unidade de dessulfurização, um pré-reformador, e uma unidade de reforma a vapor. Um material de fixação de dióxido de carbono está presente no leito do catalisador de reforma a vapor para fixar o dióxido de carbono que é produzido pela reação de reforma. O material de fixação de dióxido de carbono é um óxido alcalino terroso, um óxido alcalino terroso dopado ou uma mistura dos mesmos. A fixação de dióxido de carbono dentro do leito catalítico de reforma a vapor cria uma reversão do equilíbrio na reação de reforma a vapor, para produzir mais hidrogênio e menos monóxido de carbono. O dióxido de carbono fixo no leito catalítico pode ser liberado, aquecendo-se o material de fixação de dióxido de carbono ou o leito catalítico, até uma temperatura acima da temperatura de reforma a vapor. São também apresentados os processadores de combustível tendo leitos catalíticos múltiplos e métodos e aparelhos para a geração de eletricidade, utilizando tais processadores de combustíveis, em conjunto com uma célula combustível.
