Abstract

"FREIO A DISCO PARA UM VEìCULO, ESPECIALMENTE UM VEìCULO UTILITáRIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um freio a disco para um veículo, especialmente um veículo utilitário, com um dispositivo de aplicação (3) por meio do qual, ao ocorrer uma freagem, um revestimento de freio (11) pode ser pressionado contra um disco de freio (1) através de pelo menos um ou dois fusos de ajuste dispostos paralelamente e à distância um do outro em uma ponte (7), sendo que o dispositivo de aplicação (3) apresenta um cilindro de rolamento (6), o qual se apóia em uma alavanca pivotável (10) do dispositivo de aplicação (3), acha-se configurado de tal modo que o cilindro de rolamento (6) fica fixado de modo seguro axialmente e radialmente sob a forma de componente separado na alavanca (10) e acha-se sustentado por um suporte de cilindro de rolamento (13) fixado na alavanca (10). O suporte de cilindro de rolamento (13) está munido de guias de retorno de porta-esferas (15), por meio das quais os mancais giratórios (8) também podem ser pressionados de volta para uma posição inicial quando ocorrer um pivotamento da alavanca (10) de volta para uma posição inicial.
