"DERIVADOS DE CICLOALQUILA 1,3-SUBSTITUìDOS COM GRUPOS áCIDOS NA MAIORIA HETEROCìCLICOS; PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO E SEU USO COMO MEDICAMENTO". A invenção refere-se a derivados de cicloalquila 1,3-substituídos com grupos ácidos, na maioria heterocíclicos bem como a seus sais fisiologicamente compatíveis e derivados fisiologicamente funcionais. São descritos compostos da fórmula (1), em que os radicais possuem os significados dados, bem como seus sais fisiologicamente compatíveis e processos para sua preparação. Os compostos são apropriados para o tratamento elou prevenção de distúrbios do metabolismo de ácido graxo e distúrbios de utilização de glicose bem como de distúrbios nos quais a resistência à insulina tem importância.
