Abstract

"CABO DE ELEVADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um cabo do elevador compreendendo um cabo de fio de aço de múltiplos cordões, revestido com elastómero. Em tal cabo, os cordões possuem um comprimento de assentamento de pelo menos 6,5 vezes o diâmetro do diâmetro D do cabo não revestido. O cabo é adicionalmente revestido com uma camisa elastomérica, que adere aos cordões com uma força de extração não inferior a 15 x D + 15 newton por mm. As vantagens de tal cabo do elevador estão entre outras em seu alongamento limitado, seu diâmetro reduzido e sua vida útil aperfeiçoada.
