Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA REVESTIR TIRAS DE METAL, E, EM PARTICULAR, TIRAS DE AçO, POR IMERSãO EM BANHO QUENTE". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento para revestir tiras de metal (1), particularmente, tiras de aço (1a), por imersão em banho quente, sendo que as tiras de metal (1) são conduzidas através de uma estação de revestimento (4), onde a tira de metal (1) é revestida com um metal para revestimento (3), e no qual a tira de metal (1) é mantida de modo centralizado dentro de um canal de guia (8) num campo de vedação eletromagnético (13), que veda o canal de guia (8) para baixo, e no qual a tira de metal é conduzida lateralmente através de um campo de correção (14) para impedir a atração ferromagnética. Para escolher de forma adequada uma vedação lateral ao usar qualquer campo de vedação (13) desejado, a presente invenção propõe que o campo de vedação (13) seja concebido como um campo eletromagnético de ondas progressivas (10), como campo de supressão (11) ou como campo de bombeamento (12), e que diversos campos de correção (14) sejam posicionados de forma distribuída dentro uma configuração escolhida, cujo posicionamento e quantidade são determinados individualmente pelo menos em conformidade com as diversas faixas de largura da tira de metal (1).
