Abstract
"ROTOR DE METAL SINTERIZADO DE UMA BOMBA DE êMBOLO ROTATIVO". A presente invenção refere-se a um rotor de metal sinterizado de uma bomba de êmbolo rotativo com um corpo de base (1) em forma de copo e um elemento de pino de suporte projetando-se centralmente do fundo desse corpo de base (1), consistindo em uma região de pé cilíndrica partindo diretamente do fundo e em um segmento de garra de conexão (2) conectando-se a ele para um elemento de acoplamento a ser aplicado, sendo que: - o segmento de garra de conexão (2) é configurado na forma de dois filetes individuais (3) salientes; - os filetes individuais (3) jazem diametralmente distanciados na região periférica externa do segmento de pé cilíndrico em respectivamente uma região, que é limitada perifericamente a no máximo 100<198> e radialmente a no máximo 25% do diâmetro do segmento de pé cilíndrico; os dois filetes individuais de garra de conexão (3) são sinterizados por prensagem por punções individuais respectivamente projetados em sua área de seção transversal, separadamente ativáveis pelos demais punções de prensagem requeridos para a produção do rotor. 'PNEUMáTICO'. Pneumático (1) que compreende talões (6) destinados a cooperar com um aro de montagem de diâmetro máximo Dc; os ditos talões compreendendo pelo menos uma estrutura anular (60) de reforço de talão, um topo (4) e de uma lado e de outro do topo do pneumático, um flanco (2) que assegura a ligação com cada talão (6), uma armadura de carcaça (3) destinada a equilibrar os esforços da pressão de sopro, este pneumático sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos um flanco compreende pelo menos duas estruturas anulares adicionais (21 e 22) de reforço cujo diâmetro interno é pelo menos igual ao diâmetro máximo Dc do aro e pelo fato de que a armadura de carcaça (3) é ancorada por um reforço de talão e sobre cada estrutura anular de reforço de flanco. Processo para a fabricação de um tal pneumático.
