Abstract
"MEDICAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de um composto de fórmula (I) em que R~ 1~, é piridila ou tiazolila, quaisquer das quais podendo ser opcionalmente substituídas com C~ 1-8~ alquila ou C~ 2-8~ alquenila, e a) R~ 2~ é metóxi e n é zero ou um, ou b) R~ 2~ é cloro e n é zero e os sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis destes, para redução ou controle da proteinúria, em particular para o tratamento de nefropatia diabética.
