Abstract
"BROCA PARA PERFURAçãO PROFUNDA". O objetivo da presente invenção é prover uma broca para produzir uma perfuração profunda que não produza curvaturas na perfuração durante o corte. Um corpo de perfuração (1) é provido com um par de gumes cortantes em espiral (3). Os gumes cortantes (3) são espaçados em cerca de 180<198> entre si em torno de um núcleo (1a) da broca e a linha da borda (3a) de uma parte saliente dos gumes cortantes (3) é rebaixada na direção de um núcleo (1a) da broca. Quando a dimensão externa da broca é 7, 4 mm, um ângulo entre a linha da borda (3a ) e uma linha perpendicular ao núcleo (1a) é de 5<198> e a espessura do núcleo (t) é de 2,96 mm. Adicionalmente, a broca é provida com uma parte guia (4) para evitar a curvatura no caso de uma operação de corte. A parte guia (4) é provida na lateral extrema na mesma circunferência na qual as extremidades externas dos gumes cortantes (3, 3) passam.
